| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨针刺夹脊穴治脊髓损伤便秘的疗效。方法：将56例脊髓损伤后便秘患者随机分为治疗组（28例）和对照组（28例）。治疗组采用针刺夹脊穴治疗；对照组采用口服麻仁软胶囊治疗。两组均连续治疗4周，观察两组患者治疗前后慢性便秘评分量表总评分（CCS）变化差值。结果：根据慢性便秘评价量表（CCS）评价：治疗组总有效率96．4％，对照组总有效率为25％，治疗纽临床疗效明显优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论：针刺夹脊穴治疗脊髓损伤便秘疗效优于药物治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effects of acupuncture at Jiaji points for constiation after spinal cord injury. Methods ： 56 patients with constipation were randomly divided into a treatment group （ 28 cases ） and a control group （ 28 cases ）. Treatment group received acupuncture at Jiaji points. Control group orally took March Soft Capsules. Two groups were treated for 4 consecutive weeks. Results ： The total effective rate was 96.4% in the treatment group, which was significantly superior to the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture at Jiaji points for constipation after spinal cord injury has more advantageous than meditation. |
