唐山产荷叶中荷叶总黄酮对2型糖尿病大鼠糖、脂代谢作用研究

目的：研究荷叶总黄酮对实验性2型糖尿病（T2DM）大鼠血糖、血脂和胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法：采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素（STZ）和高能量饲料诱导T2DM大鼠模型，以荷叶总黄酮低、中、高剂量持续给药30d后测空腹血糖（FBG）、血脂、糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）、胰岛素（Ins）的含量及口服糖耐量实验。结果：荷叶总黄酮可显著降低T2DM模型大鼠的FBG、HbAlc、甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（Tc）及低密度脂蛋白（LDL）及糖耐量实验（OGTT）中糖负荷后120min血糖水平，显著升高高密度脂蛋白（HDL）和Ins、胰岛素敏感指数（ISI）水平。结论：荷叶总黄酮能有效地降低T2DM模型大鼠的血糖，增加胰岛素敏感性，纠正脂代谢紊乱，调节血脂。

Effect of Total Flavonoids of Nelumbinis Folium of Tangshan on Blood Glucose and Serum Lipoprotein Metabolism in Rats with Experimental Type 2 Diabetes

Objective ： To study the hypoglycemic effect of total flavonoids of nelumbinis folium （ TFNF ） on blood glucose, serum lipoprotein and insulin sensitivity in diabetic rats. Methods：T2DM rats were induced by streptozotocin （ STZ ）and high-energy diet. Blood glucose, serum Lipoprotein, HbAlc, Ins contents and OGTT in rats were detected after 30 d of continuous medication by TFNF low and middle and high close treatment. Results ： TFNF can significantly reduce the levels of blood glucose, HbAlc, TG, TC, LDL and the elevated blood glucose levels of diabetic rats after 120 min of glucose loading in OGTY. TFNF also can significantly improve the levels of HDL, Ins and ISI. Conclusion ： TFNF can effectively reduce rat＇s blood glucose of T2DM, increase the insulin sensitivity, correct the disorder of lipid metabolism and regulate serum lipoprotein.
