| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨对孕妇实施健康教育的分娩结局.方法:对我院分娩初产妇600例,分为两组各30例,对照组接受常规护理；干预组在常规护理基础上接受健康教育,比较两组产妇剖官产率和各产程及总产程时间.结果:干预组各分值得分率与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P＜0.05),干预组各产程均明显少于对照组.产妇的剖宫产率两组差异具有显著性(P＜0.05).结论:进行产前孕妇健康教育有利于促进产妇产程进展,明显降低剖宫产率,值得临床推广应用.
