| 摘 要： | 目的:评价数字减影血管造影术(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)及栓塞术在治疗急性出血性疾病中的作用.方法:对35例患有急性出血性疾病的患者施行血管造影及部分患者栓塞治疗,所有患者均行出血血管的超选择插管造影.其中22例使用明胶海绵颗粒和明胶海绵条栓塞治疗,其中3例用钢圈加固栓塞；2例行垂体后叶素加压止血治疗.结果:24例栓塞患者中有18例达到完全止血,4例仍有出血,但出血量明显减少,经内科保守治疗后痊愈出院,随访6～24个月均无再出血.2例行垂体后叶素加压止血治疗患者,其中1例术后4d行外科手术治疗,另1例出血停止.结论:DSA血管造影及栓塞治疗对出血性疾病,可以达到明确诊断出血部位,并实施栓塞治疗,且疗效确切,不良反应少.
