攀钢密地选矿厂磨矿分级-旋流筛-磁选-高频振动细筛-磁选工艺的初步实践

摘    要:本文针对密地选矿厂球磨机处理量下降,从原矿性质变化着手,进行了磨矿分级工艺流程的探讨.初步实践表明,采用磨矿分级-旋流筛-磁选-高频振动细筛-磁选工艺流程,球磨机处理量平均提高17.91t/台·h,铁精矿品位可保证在51.50%以上.目前已推广了2个系列采用该流程.

Abstract:In view of the reductoin of the throughput of ball mills in Midi Concentrator,startiugwith the variation of the run-of-mine ore properties,investigation was made on the technological nowskeet of grinding-classification. Preliminary practice has shown that the average throughput of ball millscan be raised by 17. 91t/h per unit and the concentrate grade be guaranteed at over 51.50% by the technological flowsheet of grinding and classification-cyCcone screening-magnetic separation-high frequencyvibrating fine screening-magnetic separation. Now this flowsheet has been employed on two productionlines of Midi Concentrator.
