摘    要:以金属的环烷酸盐溶液作为金属携带剂,将其加入至喷气燃料中,通过动态和静态热氧化安定性评价实验,考察了金属离子对喷气燃料热氧化安定性和过氧化物生成情况的影响。动态法实验结果表明,铜、锌、铁离子对喷气燃料的热氧化安定性存在不利影响,其中铜离子对喷气燃料氧化具有最高的催化活性,其次是铁离子和锌离子;为确保喷气燃料的动态热氧化安定性合格,应控制其中铜离子质量浓度不大于50μg/L,锌离子质量浓度不大于100μg/L,铁离子质量浓度不大于50μg/L。静态法实验结果表明,金属离子含量越高,喷气燃料的过氧化值增加越快;且时间越长,过氧化物生成量越多,热氧化安定性越差,这与动态法的测定结果相吻合。

Abstract:The naphthenates solution were added into aviation kerosene as a metal carrying agent, and the influence of metals on the thermal oxidation stability of kerosene and the peroxide formation in ker-osene were investigated through the dynamic and static thermal oxidation stability evaluation experiments. The dynamic experimental results showed that the copper ion,zinc ion,iron ion had a negative impact on the thermal oxidation stability of kerosene. Among them, the copper ion had the highest catalytic activity, followed by the iron and zinc ions. It was necessary to control the copper ion content no more than 50 μg/L, zinc ion content no more than 100 μg/L,iron ion content no more than 50 μg/L to ensure that the dynamic thermal oxidation stability was qualified. The static experimental results showed that the higher the content of metal ions, the larger the peroxide value of aviation kerosene ; and the longer the time, the more the formation amount of peroxide and the poor the thermal oxidation stability, and the result was identical with that by dynamic method.
