多功能调渣剂在电炉冶炼中的试验研究

摘    要:对ZY型电炉多功能进行了调渣剂工业性试验。实践表明炉渣泡沫化效果显著,冶炼电耗相对降低4(kW·h)/t;炉渣TFe下降幅度较大,相对降低率达10% ̄20%。从理论上探讨上述效果的机理。认为随着电炉生产效率和比功率的不断提高,在电炉冶炼过程中采用一种既能使炉渣泡沫化,又能降低炉渣TFe的电炉多功能调渣剂十分必要。

Abstract:The industrial test of multifunction slag conditioning reagent of ZY type electric arc furnace was presented. It was showed that the effect of slag froth was obvious and smelting power consumption reduced by 4(kW'h)/t relatively.Slag TFe decreased greatly and decreasing rate reached 10%-20% relatively.The mechanism mechanism of the above effects was discussed theoretically. The study results indicated that it was necessary to use a multifunction slag conditioning reagent for electric arc furnace that could make slag froth and could decrease slag TFe during electric arc furnace smelting with continuous increase of production efficiency of electric arc furnace and specific power.
