大间隙磁力传动系统驱动规律的仿真研究

摘    要:针对已提出的大间隙行波磁场驱动的磁力传动系统,采用现代计算技术和数值计算中的有限元理论,运用ANSYS软件的磁场分析功能,建立了磁力传动系统的实体模型和有限元模型,通过模拟永磁体的角位移和电磁体线圈的通电状态,对系统工作过程进行了仿真;研究了系统永磁体在转动过程中的受力情况和各参数对系统驱动能力的影响规律,并进行了实验验证。研究结果表明:通过增加线圈匝数、线圈通电电流、永磁体外径和永磁体磁化强度,减小电磁体和永磁体间耦合距离,将电磁体和永磁体的相对位置沿x方向两侧(左侧或右侧)置于5 mm~10 mm范围内等方法,可提高系统的驱动力矩。

Abstract:According to the large gap of the magnetic drive system driven by traveling wave magnetic field which has been brought forward,the finite element theory in modern computing technology and numerical computation are adopted.The magnetic field analysis function of ANSYS software is used.The magnetic drive system′s solid model and finite element model are established.The system′s working process is simulated by simulating the permanent magnet′s angular displacement and electromagnet coil′s electrifying state.The permanent magnet′s force condition and law concerning each parameter′s influence on the system′s driving capability in the system′s working process are studied.The research result is proved by these experiments.The research result indicats that the system driving torque can be improved by increasing the number of windings of coil,increasing electric current of coil,increasing permanent magnet′s outer radius,increasing permanent magnet′s magnetization,reducing coupling distance between electromagnet and permanent magnet,and placing electromagnet and permanent magnet′s relative position in 5 mm~10 mm in x direction(at the left or right side)
