| 摘 要： | 宝钢研究院为了适应宝钢烧结试验的需要,于2013年新增配矿烧结中试平台双工位烧结杯系统一套,采用双工位烧结大大提高了烧结杯试验的次数和效率。点火系统实时监测,对传统混料进行技术突破和新技术研发,烧结自动化水平提高,检测手段更加先进,这些使烧结试验能更好地指导现实生产。

| Abstract: | To adapt sintering experiment standard of Bao Steel, the Research Institute from Bao Steel has set up a set of double working position sintering pot system of proportioning sintering pilot platform in 2013 and then sintering pot experiment times and efficiency have been increased evidently by adopting double working position sintering.The advanced technologies have been brought up, such as actual time monitoring of ignition system, new technical innova-tion and research and development on conventional proportioning, improvement of sintering automation, more advanced detection method, those made sintering experiment could guide actual production well. |
