| 摘 要： | 结合某三相开关磁阻调速电动机样机，介绍了开关磁阻调速电动机功率变换器的设计方法．先给出功率变换器主电路网络的数学模型，再进行非线性数字仿真，兼顾起动和额定运行状态，提出功率主开关和续流二极管电流与电压定额的计算公式，以确定开关器件的定额．该方法也适用于其它类型的开关磁阻调速电动机功率变换器设计．此外，还提出一种绝缘栅双极晶体管的驱动电路．

| Abstract: | Combining with the three phase Switched Reluctance Motor Drive prototype, a design method of power converter for Switched Reluctance Motor Drive is introduced. Firstly, the mathematical model of main circuit of the power converter is given. And then, the nonlinear simulation is made. Finally, the current and voltage rating of the power main switches and the diodes are advanced by taking account of the starting and the rated operating point. The method is suitable for the other Switched Reluctance Motor Drives. Moreover, a gate drive circuit for Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor is proposed. |
