抗癫痫中药制剂中西药成分的血药浓度检测（附78例分析）

目的：探讨抗癫痫中药制剂中是抗癫痫西药成分及其含量情况,指导临床用药安全。方法：采用荧光偏振免疫测定78例癫痫患者所服中药制荆中的卡马西平、苯妥英钠、苯巴比妥、丙戊酸钠等四种成分及血药浓度。结果：所有患者中均检测出上述常用抗癫痫西药,血药平均浓度别在4-12、11-22、15-42、50-80 mg/mL。结论：所谓的抗癫痫中药制荆中含有不同种类和剂量的常用化学药物,干扰了癫痫的正规治疗,值得警惕。

78 Cases of Antiepileptic Chinese Native Medicine Preparation of Western Medicine Composition Blood Medicine Concentration Measurement Analysis

Objective：Explore antiepileptic in traditional Chinese medicine preparation is antiepileptic western medicine composition and its content,guiding clinical drug safety.Methods：Statistics of infected patients of 326 lesions specimens of bitter wounds secretion identification,the bacteria cultures and the results of drug sensitive test for analysis.Results：All of the patients were detected in the common antiepileptic western medicine,the blood medicine average concentration in 4 ~ don′t 12,11 ~ 22,15 ~ 42,50 to 80 mg/mL.Conclusions：The so-called antiepileptic Chinese medicine system of a.mearnsii contain a variety of commonly used chemical medicine and dose of interfering with epilepsy of formal treatment,alarmed.
