柚子皮还原浸出低品位软锰矿工艺研究

摘    要:以低品位软锰矿为原料, 采用柚子皮作为还原剂, 以硫酸为介质, 研究了锰的浸出效果。通过正交实验考察了反应温度、反应时间、柚子皮投加量、软锰矿颗粒大小、硫酸浓度等因素对锰浸出的影响, 实验结果表明: 对锰浸出率影响最大的是柚子皮的投加量。最佳锰浸出条件为: 浸出温度为70 ℃, 软锰矿(几何平均粒径57~150 μm)投加量为100 g/L, 柚子皮投加量为40 g/L, 在12%(v/v)的稀H2SO4溶液中, 以200 r/min的转速在恒温水浴磁力搅拌器中反应90 min。在此条件下, 锰浸出率达92%以上, 浸出效果较好。

Abstract:The effect of manganese leaching was investigated with low-grade pyrolusite as raw material, shaddock peel as reductant and sulphuric acid as medium. The influences of reaction temperature, reaction time, shaddock peel dosage, pyrolusite grain size and sulfuric acid concentration on manganese leaching were studied by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that shaddock peel dosage had the greatest impact on the manganese leaching rate. When pyrolusite was leached in 12% H2SO4(v/v) for 90 mins in a thermostatic bath water of magnetic agitator at an agitation rate of 200 r/min, at a temperature of 70 ℃, with the dosage of pyrolusite (within an average size range of 57~150 μm) being 100 g/L and shaddock peel dosage of 40 g/L, the manganese leaching rate reached over 92%, showing a better leaching effect.
