电磁搅拌下连铸方坯凝固组织模拟

摘    要:运用ProCAST软件对连铸方坯凝固过程进行仿真模拟,同时利用CAFE模块对连铸坯凝固组织进行预测,模拟结晶器有无电磁搅拌条件下连铸坯凝固组织。仿真结果表明,电磁搅拌明显缩小柱状晶区、增大中心等轴晶区;对结晶器有无电磁搅拌条件下实际生产的连铸坯组织对比分析,证明模拟结果与试验结果吻合。

Abstract:Simulation of solidification process of continuous cast billet was carried out with a ProCAST software, the solidification structures of continuous casting billet were simulated by CAFE model of ProCAST, and the solidification microstructure of continuous casting billet with or without mold electromagnetic stirring were comparatively simulated. It was found that the columnar zone is remarkably reduced and the ratio of central equiaxed grain increases obviously with electromagnetic stirring. Simulation results were evaluated by comparison between continuous casting billet with and without mold electromagnetic stirring. It was proved that the simulation result was consistent with experiment result.
