兰州市1993-2009年HIV/AIDS流行状况分析

目的分析兰州市1993-2009年HIV/AIDS的流行病学特点和流行趋势,为制定HIV/AIDS预防和控制策略提供科学依据。方法对1993-2009年网络直报系统中兰州市HIV/AIDS病例资料进行统计分析。结果 1993-2009年底,兰州市累计发现HIV感染者364例,其中AIDS患者62例,死亡24例;1993-2004年,兰州市HIV感染者报告数的年平均递增54.49%;出现较多的AIDS患者和死亡病例,出现发病和死亡高峰;流行地区范围广,分布不均匀,有明显的地区聚集性;HIV的传播途径均已发现,既往以静脉注射吸毒为主,近年来以经性途径传播为主,尤其是经同性传播。结论兰州市HIV/AIDS报告数呈现快速增长趋势,AIDS预防工作的重点在于加大对娱乐场所低档次商业性女性性服务者（FSW）和男男性行为者（MSM）人群的主动监测力度,严格控制性传播,打击卖淫嫖娼现象,尤其是同性恋人群中AIDS传播应给予高度重视,特别要做好高危人群的宣传教育和行为干预工作。

The analysis of HIV/AIDS epidemic in Lanzhou city,1993-2009

Objective To analyze the characteristics and trend of HIV/AIDS epidemic in Lanzhou city from 1993 to 2009,and to provide scientific basis for HIV/AIDS prevention and control.Methods Using statistical methods,the case reporting and sentinel surveillance data were analyzed.Results From 1993 to the end of 2009,364 HIV/AIDS cases were reported,among whom,62 were AIDS cases and 24 died.A rapid increasing trend was found and the yearly increasing rate of reported cases was 54.49%.The HIV/AIDS epidemic in Lanzhou city was characterized by a wide disparity between different regions and displayed a concentrated distribution.Intravenous drug use was the main transmission route in the past,and now sexual transmission,especially the homosexual transmission became the main transmission route.Conclusion A rapid spread of HIV/AIDS is observed in Lanzhou city.Surveillance on the HIV/AIDS spread in high-risk populations such as commercial female sex workers（FSW）and men who have sex with men（MSM）should be strengthened.Health education and intervention should be adopted among the high-risk population.
