| 摘 要： | 高校学籍学历管理工作是高校基础数据的重要来源,是教学管理的重要组成部分,是维护学校稳定大局和正常教育教学秩序的重要保障。电子注册制度是运用现代信息技术手段,将学生学籍信息和毕业证书信息上网供社会查询,对高校学籍学历管理工作实施监督管理方式。
