高龄老年患者人工牙种植术的围手术期护理

目的：探讨高龄患者人工牙种植术临床配合与护理要点，提高老年种植牙手术的成功率。方法：根据老年生理改变及心理变化的特点，在术前做好充分准备，术中采取相应的配合和术后正确的口腔护理措施。结果：本组50例老年种植牙患者种植后，经随访3个月～2年，均形成良好的骨结合，无种植体脱落及牙龈炎等并发症。结论：采用微创种植技术，对老年种植患者术前、术中、术后三个阶段实施精心护理，避免了切口感染，促进切口愈合，提高了老年种植牙手术的成功率。

Perioperation period care of elderly patients with artificial dental implants

Objective： To discuss essential aspects in the clinical cooperation and care in artificial tooth implantation for the elderly patients, so as to improve the success rate of dental implant surgery for the elderly patients. Method： Given the distinct physical and psychological changes of the elderly patients, sufficient pre-operative preparation were made and intranperative appropriate co-ordination strategies were applied, followed by correct post-operative oral care measures. Results： After a follow-up observation period, varying from 3 months to 2 years in different cases, 50 elderly patients in experimental groups with dental plantation were all found to have good osseointegration without any complications such as implant abscission or ngivitis. Conclusion： The combination of application of the minimally implantation technology, careful nursing during all pre-operative, intranperative and post-operative stages could prevent infections of incisional wound, promote wound healing, and therefore improve the success rate of dental implant surgeries for the elderly patients.
