摘    要:通过试验验证了"双膜法"单元产生的含盐浓水采用"软化+一级电渗析浓缩+树脂软化+二级电渗析浓缩"的技术可行性。经处理后,一级电渗析淡水、二级电渗析浓水、二级电渗析淡水数据统计,淡水产水率96.7%、浓水产水率3.3%;脱盐率78%;淡水TDS 1 352 mg/L,淡水电导1 966μs/cm;最终浓水TDS 147 428 mg/L,浓水电导率124 100μs/cm,满足工程拟定指标。

Process and Operating Test of Electrodialysis for Concentration of Salt-rich Water

Abstract:The test is carried out to verify the technical feasibility of "softening + primary electrodialysis concentration + resin softening + secondary electrodialysis concentration" for the concentrated salt-rich water produced by the "double membrane method" unit. After treatment, statistics of primary electrodialysis fresh water, secondary electrodialysis concentrated water and secondary electrodialysis fresh water show that the data(fresh water yield of 96.7%, concentrated water yield of 3.3%, desalination rate of 78%,fresh water of TDS 1 352 mg/L,fresh water conductivity of 1 966 μs/cm, final concentrated water of TDS 147 428 mg/L and concentrated water conductivity of 124 100 μs/cm) can meet the proposed index of the project.
