| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨大黄牡丹汤治疗脓毒症患者血清降钙素原（PCT）及C-反应蛋白（CRP）水平的变化。方法：选择2010年3月-2012年11月在我院重医学科住院并符合严重脓毒症诊断标准的患者63例,随机分为对照组31例和观察组32例。对照组予常规西医综合治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用大黄牡丹汤。观察两组患者治疗前、后血清降钙素原和C-反应蛋白水平。结果：经治疗后两组APACHEⅡ评分、血清中PCT水平及CRP水平均明显低于治疗前,观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：大黄牡丹汤有助于减轻脓毒症的炎症反应及组织损害,可提高临床疗效,值得推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the influence of Dahuang Mudan decoction on serum procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in patients with sepsis.Methods：63 cases of sepsis patients received in our hospital was randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group was treated with conventional western medicine comprehensive therapy,on the basis of control group,observation group was treated with Dahuang Mudan Decoction.Serum procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in both groups were analysed.Results：After treatment,APACHEⅡ grade serum procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in both groups were lower than being treated before,observation group was better than control group,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Dahuang Mudan decoction can relieve inflammation and tissue damage in in patients with sepsis and improve clinical efficacy,it is worthy of promotion. |
