草酸酯催化加氢制乙二醇研究进展

摘    要:合成气经草酸酯催化加氢法是制备乙二醇工艺中最具有竞争力的新工艺。它以草酸酯的合成和加氢为核心,实现合成气到乙二醇的生产过程。重点论述了国内在草酸酯加氢制乙二醇催化剂领域的研究进展,以及乙二醇产业的工程化现状。

Abstract:Ethyl oxalate method from synthetic gas has become the most competitive new technology of ethylene glycol. The preparation of ethylene glycol made from synthetic gas has two processes, preparation of oxalate esters and hydrogenation of oxalate esters. This paper focuses on the research progress in the field of domestic ethylene oxalate hydrogenation catalysts, and the engineering status of ethylene glycol.
