| 摘 要： | 随着我国十二五规划出台,推进能源多元清洁发展,多个大型化工项目立项新建,管道的焊接质量控制过程直接影响工厂的运行安全和效益。本文从母材与焊材质量、焊接工艺评定、人员和焊接设备、施焊环境、焊接质量检验等方面进行阐述焊接质量控制过程。

| Abstract: | The Twelfth Five -Year Guideline appear, promote diversified clean energy development, several major chemical projects build, pipeline welding quality control process directly affect the safe operation and efficiency of the plant. This paper describes the welding quality control process from the base metal and welding consumables, welding procedure qualification, personnel and welding equipment, welding environment and welding quality inspection. |
