高原部队独生子女官兵焦虑/抑郁状况的调查

目的探讨高原部队独生子女官兵的心理健康状况及其相关因素,为指导部队独生子女官兵心理工作提供依据。方法采用团体现场问卷调查方式对驻高原某部220名独生子女官兵进行焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)测评。结果独生子女官兵焦虑/抑郁的检出率分别为29.5%和39.1%;SAS总均分(粗分)为(34.66±8.52),SDS总均分(粗分)为(38.58±10.24)均与中国常模有明显差异(P<0.01);且年龄、军龄、职别、城乡差别及入伍动机均与焦虑/抑郁水平密切相关。结论①高原部队独生子女官兵存在较为严重的焦虑/抑郁情绪,且焦虑/抑郁水平较高;②高原环境因素及其产生的心理应激是焦虑、抑郁情绪产生的重要因素;③年龄、军龄、职别、城乡差别及入伍动机等因素均与焦虑/抑郁情绪的发生密切相关。

Anxiety/Depression of Plateau Forces Only Child Officers and Men

Objective To explore mental health and its related factors of plateau officers and men of the troops only child,and provide the basis for the guidance of psychological work of officers and men of the troops only child.Methods By group site,a total of 220 only child officers and men in the plateau were carried out the evaluation of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）and Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS）.Results The anxiety/depression detection rates of one-child officers and men were 29.5%and 39.1%,SAS total average score was（34.66±8.52）,SDS total average score was（38.58±10.24）,which both were significantly different to the norm of China（P0.01）.And age,military service,position,urban-rural divide and enlisted motivation were closely related with the level of anxiety/depression.Conclusion First,There is a more serious anxiety/depression in plateau officers and men of the troops only child,and high levels in anxiety/depression.Second,the plateau environmental and mental stress are important factors of anxiety and depression.Third,age,military service,position,urban-rural divide,enlistment motivation are closely related to the occurrence of anxiety/depression.
