摘    要:为了将线结构光视觉测量原理应用于零件二维轮廓的同时检测,文中使用了十字线激光器作为结构光投射器,它将在空间中形成相互垂直的两个光平面,配置一个CCD相机就组成了一个十字线结构光视觉测量系统。基于计算机视觉技术,文中重点介绍了该视觉测量系统的标定参数及方法,利用光平面的共面性推导了系统的测量原理,建立了两个光平面相应的数学模型,并用其实现了对零件的非接触二维轮廓曲线的测量,验证了模型的正确性和可行性,且方便快捷。

Abstract:In order to inspect simultaneously two-dimensional contour of workpiece based on structured light stripe, cross semiconductor laser is used as a projector. It will emit two light planes that are perpendicular in space. A CCD camera is added to set up a vision inspection system. According to computer vision technology, the parameters and their calibrating method of vision system based on cross structured light are introduced. Considering the coplanarity restriction of light plane, the measuring principle of the vision system is described and the model is presented. Then experiment is done to identify the mode. It is convenient and fast.
