摘    要:目的:提出一种以病例为核心的药学本科生临床见习分组作业的教学方案,并描述其实施过程和实施效果.方法:参照临床药师日常药学服务所含内容,依据药学本科生培养方案,设计以病例教学为核心,围绕病人病史采集、药物治疗方案评价、药物相关问题分析与处理、药学服务的分析与实施等内容,采用临床教学、分组实践,书面作业与口头讨论相结合的教学方法进行.结果:学员学习热情高,考核成绩优良,学员对此教学方式反映积极.结论:药学生临床见习教学有较大的必要性,以病例为核心的分组作业方式具有较好的教学效果.

Abstract:Objective: To present a teaching program of clinical probation in groups with case reports as its core for phar maceutical undergraduates, and describe the implementation process and results of the program. Methods: With reference to the contents of routine pharmaceutical care by clinical pharmacists and in accordance with the training program of pharmaceuti cal undergraduates, the teaching program was designed with case reports as its core. At the same time, it was centered round the collection of patient history, the evaluation of pharmaceutical care, the analysis and treatment of drug related problems, as well as the analysis and implementation of pharmaceutical care. Teaching forms, such as clinical teaching, group practice, writ ten work coupled with oral discussion were organically integrated in the teaching program. Results: As a result, students were very enthusiastic about this teaching method and high scores were achieved in various tests, and there was a unanimously posi tire response to this teaching mode. Conclusion~ It is necessary for pharmaceutical undergraduates to have clinical probation practice. The mode of group practice with the case reports as its core has achieved better teaching results.
