摘    要:以电熔刚玉骨料、电熔刚玉细粉、SiC细粉、广西泥、SiO2微粉等为主要原料,磷酸二氢铝为结合剂,以高铝水泥或镁砂为促硬剂,并添加有机增塑剂、膨胀剂等,研制了一种纯低温余热发电系统管道内衬用耐磨可塑捣打料。通过优化磷酸二氢铝结合剂中H3PO4和A l(OH)3的摩尔比、促硬剂种类及其加入量、原料混练工艺,所研制的捣打料具有强度高、韧性好、耐磨损、抗侵蚀、施工方便等特点,并在大型干法水泥回转窑纯低温余热发电工程中取得了良好的使用效果。
