| 摘 要： | 通过对建筑业常用型材传统切割工艺与先进冲切工艺的比较，分析了型材双层冲切工艺方法的可行性，并提出了相应的模具结构，为此类零件的冲切提供了较具经济价值的参考。

| Abstract: | Through the comparison of the traditional cutting process usually used in construction industry with the advanced cutting process with punching process for section bars, the feasibility of the double-layer punching process of section bars are adopted double were analyzed, then the corresponding die structure was presented, which could provide a economic reference for the punching of similar parts. |
