品管圈活动在急诊护理质量管理中成效分析

摘    要:目的:在急诊科应用品管圈实施持续护理质量改进,以提高护理质量。方法:从2013年1月起在急诊科组建了急诊急救、静脉治疗2个品管圈,各品管圈组织专项学习与督导,对存在问题进行根本原因分析,制定并落实改进措施,各圈相互进行经验交流。结果:通过9个月品管圈活动实践,急诊急救护理管理缺陷减少、患者与医生满意度明显提高。结论:品管圈活动开展,有效调动护理人员参与护理质量管理的积极性,护士管理能力提升,团队合作意识增强,护理质量持续改进。

Analysis of QCC management on the quality of emergency nursing effect

Abstract:Objective :Using the quality control circle in the emergency department in order to improve the Continuous improvement of the nursing, improve the quality of nursing. Methods: Two quality management circle of the emergency first aid and the intravenous treatment set up in the emergency department Since January 2013, each of the group organized spcial learning and supervision, analysised the problems existed in root cause, developed and implemented the improvement measures, each circle mutual exchange of their experience. Results:By nine months quality management circle activity practice, emergency nursing management defect reduction and the satisfaction of the patients and doctors have improved significantly. Conclusion:the quality control circle activities arouse the enthusiasm of nursing staff involved in nursing quality management effectively, ascend the management ability of the nurse, enhance team cooperation consciousness, improve the continuous of nursing quality.
