Abstract:In order to protect wild resources and realize artificial cultivation,the rhizome of Stachys japonic were used as material to do the research on callus induction and differentiation,rooting and transplanting of tube seed-lings,finally establish the clone of Stachys japonic.The results show that the optimum medium for callus induction,subculture and differentiation is MS+BA 0.5 mg /L+2,4-D 1.0~2.0 mg /L,MS+BA 0.5 mg /L+2,4-D 1.5 mg /L and MS+BA 0.5 mg /L+NAA 0.5 mg /L respectively.White+NAA 0.1 mg /L+IAA 0.4 mg /L is the optimum medium for adventitious buds and tube seedlings rooting and subculture.Colonization of plantlets is maintained for all biological traits which wild plant has and grows vigorously.
