摘    要:研究了预制体孔隙结构对ICVI工艺致密化过程及基体热解炭微观结构的影响。结果表明:2D针刺炭毡致密化速度高于炭布叠层预制体,1K炭布叠层预制体的致密化速度高于3K炭布叠层;在致密化过程中,热解炭均匀沉积在纤维表面,预制体AS/VR比值变化是导致热解炭微观结构发生改变的根本原因。

Abstract:The influence of porestructure of performs on densification and the microstructures of pyrocarbon was investigated in the preparation of carbon/car bon composites by ICVI processes. The results show that the densification rate o f 2D spiked felt is higher than that of carbon cloth preforms; moreover 1 K carb on cloth preforms have higher densification rate than 3 K carbon cloth preforms. Pyrocarbon is uniformly deposited on the surface of fibers during densification and it is the changes of the ration AS/VR that leads to variation of pyrocarbon microstructures.
