| 摘 要： | 采用内置式级间冷却器的离心压缩机容易发生冷却器堵塞、结垢,密封件移位、老化,以及冷却器内芯清洗困难等问题。结合生产实际,改进密封件的安装方式以解决其移位问题,制作专用检修工具,实现冷却器的安全抽芯清洗。介绍内置式冷却器使用和维护中存在的问题、原因以及采取的处理措施。
