基于INTERNET的铸件缺陷远程诊断专家系统

探索一种基于Internet的铸件缺陷远程诊断专家系统的开发方法。选择移植式“专家系统上网”方案;采用根据缺陷的物理特征,利用国际铸造技术协会的铸件缺陷分类体系,以缺陷示意图和实物图片作为识别向导,由粗到精判定缺陷、分析缺陷成因并提出防止措施的铸件缺陷诊断思想;以微软最新的动态网页开发技术ASP．NET作为系统的开发工具,使用Access作为后台数据源,并用ADO．NET技术连接数据库,实现多用户可同时对系统不问断咨询;介绍实现系统功能的关键技术。将铸件缺陷诊断专家系统从单机平台转向In- ternet,提高了专家系统的共享度、系统升级维护的方便性,避免了专家知识的孤立和老化,为建造分布式铸件缺陷诊断专家协作系统打下了基础。

Casting Defects Remote Dia Gnosing Expert System Based on Internet

A daveloping method has been explored for remote casting defects diagnosing expert system based on Internet.The method transplanting the traditional expert system into the Internet has been adopted ; the thought identifying casting defects and analyzing their causes and putting forward the preventing measures from rough to fine with the guide of the casting defects sketch maps and photos according to the physics characteristic of casting defects based on the casting defects classification system of CIATF has been adopted; Microsoft latest active server pages development technique ASPNET has been used as developing tool of the system, and Access has been used as the backstage data source,and ADO. NET technique has been used to connect database, the multi-user can consult with the system without a break at the same time,the key technique needed to realize the system function has been introduced. Changing casting defects diagnosing expert system from the single machine to the Internet will raise the share and the convenience of the upgrade and the maintenance of system, which avoids isolated and aging of expert knowledge, and helps to build distributed casting defects diagnosing expert system on the Internet.
