核力发电的环境成本

摘    要:不同电源发电对环境造成的影响存在差异,目前国内的电价核算范围并没有将电源对环境的影响成本全部计量和确认。随着电力市场改革不断深入,各类电源生产成本竞争日趋激烈,是否将环境成本计入发电总成本,将直接影响各类电源的竞争力,同时关系到我国未来环境及发展。以中国核力发电站为例,采用成本要素分析法对核电站的环境投入成本进行分析,印证核力发电的环境成本优势,从而引导全社会关注发电企业的环境成本。

Abstract:There is different impact on environment by different power sources, but the environmental cost from various power sources has not been totally calculated and confirmed by the electricity price accounting authority in China. With the deepening of power market reform, the cost competition becomes fiercer and fiercer. Whether to take the environmental cost as a part of the total generation cost will directly affect the competition ability of different generation sources and is essential for the future environmental development. Taking nuclear power station in China for instance, the cost element analysis method was used to analyze the environmental input cost. The results prove the environmental cost advantage of nuclear power generation and lead to concerns of the whole society on the environmental cost of power enterprises.
