摘    要:对大气雾化和真空气雾化工艺制备的两种不同的CuNiIn合金粉末,采用大气等离子喷涂制备了涂层,分析了两种涂层SEM形貌和孔隙率,对比了涂层的显微硬度和结合强度。结果表明,用真空气雾化工艺制备的CuNiIn涂层孔隙率低、显微硬度低、结合强度高,显示出更好的综合性能。

Abstract:Coatings were sprayed by air plasma spraying With CuNiln powders produced by gas atomization and vacuum atomization. Two kinds of coatings were analysed on SEM pattern and porosities, as well as microhardness and bonding strength were compared. The results showed that CuNiIn coating prepared with vacuum atomization exhibited better combination property, such as lower coating' s porosities, lower microhardness and higher bond strength.
