摘    要:阐述了电控单体泵等速供油凸轮设计流程及方法,以平均供油速率为出发点,首先设计凸轮的基圆,然后进行升程段和回程段的设计;在设计过程中,使用加速度为直线方程的过渡段,使凸轮各段的加速度连续,避免了凸轮在工作中由于加速度不连续造成冲击。在实际应用中,利用所述凸轮设计流程和方法,设计并匹配了电控单体泵的等速凸轮,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:The design process and method of constant velocity cam for electronically controlled unit pump were illuminated.Taking the average fuel delivery rate as starting point,the basic circle was designed first and then the phases of main cam opening and closing were designed.During the design process,the acceleration was used as the transition of linear equation,which made the acceleration of each phase cam continuous and avoided the strike due to acceleration discontinuity of cam.In actual application,the constant velocity cam was designed and matched the electronically controlled unit pump with above-mentioned flows and means and the better effects were acquired.
