摘    要:锌冶炼浸出渣是湿法炼锌过程中产生的一种废渣,渣中含有锌、铅、铟、银、锗等有价金属,是一种宝贵资源。本文通过浸出渣回转窑无害化处理工程和密闭鼓风炉炼锌废渣处理工程案例对比,分析不同工艺浸出渣资源化利用的优缺点,并指出不同工艺存在的问题,为新建湿法炼锌企业进行工艺选择和现有企业技术改造提供参考。

Abstract:Zinc leaching residue is a kind of waste residue produced in zinc hydrometallurgy process, the residue contains zinc, lead, indium, silver, germanium and other valuable metals, which is a kind of precious resources. Comparison analysis of two project cases are presented in this paper, one is an innocent treatment project using rotary kiln to treat leaching residue, the other project employ imperial smelting furnace to treat waste - residue of zinc hydrometallurgy. The advantages and disadvantages of the different process for resource utili- zation of leaching residue are analyzed, and the existing problems of the different process are pointed out, which provide the reference for technology selection and technical transformation of zinc hydrometallurgy enterprise.
