| 摘 要： | 目的调查病案复印申请材料的留存方式,探讨存在的问题并加以改进。方法对北京地区45所三级医院病案管理科病案复印申请材料的留存方式进行调查。结果各医院对病案复印申请材料的留存方式不同,有少数医院只审核申请材料而不留存。结论为符合相关规定要求,医院应留存病案复印申请材料,同时为减少患者的经济负担和等候时间,医院可适当采取信息化手段进行有效留存。

| Abstract: | Objectives This article investigates the retained ways of application materials for medical records duplication and discusses the existing problems with improvement.Methods It has an investigation on retained ways of application materials of medical records duplication in department of medical records in 45 tertiary hospitals in Beijing area.Results The retained ways of the 45 hospitals were different from each other,and there are a few hospitals just verifying the application materials without reserving.Conclusions In order to keep in accordance with the relevant regulations,hospitals are suggested to preserve the application materials.Besides,we advise the hospitals could take some reasonable information means to retain the materials to reduce the economic burden and waiting time of patients. |
