| Abstract: | The salary management is an important component of human resources work and plays an important role in enterprise market competition,it has become an important way of encouraging employees in enterprises.This paper discusses the concept and function of the salary management in human resource,and proposes strategies of motivating employees and improving benefit from the angle of strengthening salary management,so as to explore new ideas of developing enterprises and exploiting human resources work. |
