自拟平肝补肾方联合常规治疗对肝肾阴虚证围绝经期综合征患者的临床疗效

目的探讨自拟平肝补肾方联合常规治疗对肝肾阴虚证围绝经期综合征患者的临床疗效。方法98例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组49例,对照组采用常规治疗(艾司唑仑、谷维素),观察组在对照组基础上加用自拟平肝补肾方,疗程2个月。检测中医证候评分、临床疗效、血脂指标(胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇)、改良Kupperman评分、性激素(FSH、E2、P、LH)、不良反应发生率变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候评分、胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、改良Kupperman评分、FSH、LH降低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、E2、P升高(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟平肝补肾方联合常规治疗可安全有效地改善肝肾阴虚证围绝经期综合征患者血脂、性激素水平,降低Kupperman评分。

Clinical effects of Self-made Pinggan Bushen Decoction combined with conventional treatment on patients with perimenopausal syndrome due to Yin Deficiency of Liver and Kidney

AIM To explore the clinical effects of Self-made Pinggan Bushen Decoction combined with conventional treatment on patients with perimenopausal syndrome due to Yin Deficiency of Liver and Kidney.METHODS Ninety-eight patients were randomly assigned into control group(49 cases)for 2-month intervention of conventional treatment(estazolam,oryzanol),and observation group(49 cases)for 2-month intervention of both Self-made Pinggan Bushen Decoction and conventional treatment.The changes in TCM symptom score,clinical efficacy,blood lipid indices(cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol),improved Kupperman score,sex hormones(FSH,E2,P and LH)and incidence of adverse reactions were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups displayed decreased TCM symptom score,cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,improved Kupperman score,FSH and LH(P<0.05),and increased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,E2 and P(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).No obvious difference in incidence of adverse reactions was found between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with perimenopausal syndrome due to Yin Deficiency of Liver and Kidney,Self-made Pinggan Bushen Decoction combined with conventional treatment can safely and effectively improve blood lipid and sex hormone levels,and reduce Kupperman score.
