宝钢高效无取向电工钢的发展与应用

摘    要:介绍了宝钢高效无取向电工钢的发展历史、生产工艺技术、产能规模、牌号分布及性能特点.对高效无取向电工钢采用简单替代普通无取向电工钢使用、局部优化设计替代普通无取向电工钢使用和全新设计机型使用等不同的应用方式进行了简单阐述比较,并对其在压缩机电机、家用电器电机、工业电机和EI铁芯等行业的应用进行了效果评价.基于试用效果,讨论了采用宝钢高效电工钢对提升用户产品综合竞争力和促进国家节能降耗的意义.
