摘    要:对WJM-80新型卧式超细搅拌磨机的工况功率进行了系统的分析与研究。磨机的工况功率主要由两部分组成:一部分为转子的运转功率;另一部分为磨矿介质的转动功率。将这两部分相加即为磨机的总功率。经与实测功率进行比较,偏差较小,与实际能耗结果吻合,验证了计算理论的正确性。

Abstract:The operating power of WJM-80 new-type horizontal ultra-fine stirring mill is systematically analyzed and studied.The operating power consists of two parts,one is operating power of the rotor and another part is the rotation power of grinding media,the sum of the two parts is the total power of the mill.Compared with actually measured power,its deviation is less,and consistent with actual energy consumption,thus the correctness of the calculation theory is verified.
