血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗缺血性中风随机平行对照研究

目的]观察血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗缺血性中风疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例住院患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。扩血管、控制血压、抗脑水肿、保护脑细胞、纠正水电解质平衡等。对照组35例维脑路通,120mg/次,2次/d。治疗组35例血府逐瘀汤(黄芪40g,当归12g,地龙、川芎、熟地各15g,芍药、枳壳、水蛭、牛膝、桔梗各10g,丹参30g,桃仁、红花各8g;阴虚火旺加黄柏、知母;肢冷加附子;气阴亏损加生脉散),1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚温服。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、中医症候、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程(45d),判定疗效。结果]临床疗效:治疗组痊愈3例,显效19例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率94.28%。对照组痊愈0例,显效11例,有效15例,无效10例,总有效率74.28%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。中医症候疗效:治疗组痊愈2例,显效17例,有效13例,无效3例,总有效率91.42%。对照组痊愈0例,显效8例,有效16例,无效11例,总有效率68.57%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗缺血性中风效果显著,值得推广。

Therapeutic Random Parallel Control Study Combined Western Medicine Therapy of Ischemic Stroke

Objective ] To observe the therapeutic combined western medicine curative effect on ischemic stroke. Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 70 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to flip a coin method. Conventional medical treatment, including the expansion of blood vessels, control of blood pressure, cerebral edema, protect brain cells, correct water and electrolyte balance, etc. Control group of 35 cases of brain road capsule, 120 mg/times, 2 times/d. Treatment group 35 examples therapeutic （Huangqi 40 g,Danggui 12g, Dilong, Chuanqiong,Shudi each 15 g, Shaoyao,Zhike,Shuizh i,Niuxi,Jiegeng each 10g, Danshen 30g,Taoren,Honghua every 8 g; Yin fire rwindi, Huangbai,zhimu; cold limbs and Fuzi; qi and Yin losses withShengmaisan ） , l/d, Fried 400 ml water, morning and evening temperature. 15 d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, TCM symptoms curative effect and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment （ 45d ） , to determine efficacy. Results ] Clinical curative effect, treatment group recovered in 3 cases, 19 cases were markedly effective, effective in 11 cases, 2 had no effect, the total effective rate was 94.28%. Control group recovered 0 cases, 11 cases were markedly effective, effective, 15 cases, 10 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 74.28%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . TCM symptoms curative effect： the treatment group healed in 2 cases, 17 cases had marked effect, effectively and 13 cases, 3 had no effect, the total effective rate was 91.42%. The control group recovered 0 cases, 8 cases were markedly effective, effective in 16 cases, invalid in 11 cases, total effective rate was 68.57%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ] The therapeutic effect of combined western medicine therapy of ischemie stroke, is worth promoting.
