乡村旅游发展的生态风险空间管控研究——以池州杏花村为例

乡村旅游作为乡村振兴战略的重要抓手，亟待破解由此带来的复杂的生态冲击以及如何平衡环境保护、文化传承与经济发展、生活改善之间关系的发展谜题。摈弃传统的以环境破坏为代价的发展途径，选取中国安徽省池州市杏花村作为研究区域，通过生态要素识别、生态敏感度评价、生态脆弱性分析、生态干扰分析，构建生态风险评价模型，提出景观生态安全格局基础上的生态空间区划与发展引导、生态系统服务价值优化、旅游发展空间单元开发控制等空间管控策略，旨在探讨以生态风险评价作为准入机制的乡村旅游发展空间管控的技术路线与基本方法。

Study on Spatial Governance of Ecological Risk in Rural Tourism Development: A Case Study of Xinhua Village,Chizhou

As an important measure of the rural revitalization strategy, it is urgently required to solve the complex ecological impact of rural tourism and the developmental puzzle of how to balance the relationships among environmental protection, cultural heritage, economic development, and life improvement. The traditional approach of development at the cost of environmental damage should be abandoned; therefore, Xinghua Village, Chizhou City, Anhui Province, China was selected as the research area and an ecological risk assessment model was constructed via the identification of ecological factors, assessment of ecological sensitivity, and evaluation of ecological vulnerability and ecological interference. Moreover, in this study, spatial control strategies were discussed such as zoning and guiding ecological spatial development, optimizing the value of ecosystem services, and the development control of tourism units based on building the landscape ecological safety pattern. The aim was to discover a scientific route and effective method of space control for rural tourism development utilizing the ecological risk assessment as the access mechanism.
