摘    要:通过对大唐韩城发电厂Ⅱ期2台125 MW机组胶球系统历史、现状运行情况进行分析,得出该机组胶球回收率低的主要原因是收球网条栅孔通流面积不足、运行中条栅孔堵塞结垢无法清扫、下部锥角偏大,并通过在原有收球网结构基础上进行改造增大通流面积、减小下部锥角,实现运行中自清洗功能,取得较好效果.

Abstract:The paper analyses history and present situation of two 125MW units rubber-ball system in secondary phase of Datang Hancheng power plant,the main reason of low recovery rate for rubber-ball is deficiency of the flow area of hall recovery net gate hole,gate hole with clogging and scaling cannot clean in operation,the low parts taper angle slightly large.Through increasing flow area and reducing lower parts taper angle on the basis of old hall recovery net structure,it realizes self-cleaning in operation,and ...
