摘    要:所设计的非再生热交换器应用于某核电厂工程1号机组的排污水冷却,其管侧和壳侧分别承受7.5 MPa和0.8 MPa的压力,一旦失效其危害性较大.以RCC-M《压水堆核电厂核电机械设备设计和建造规则》为依据,通过对该设备的材料、设计、制造、检验和压力试验等环节的控制,确保该设备能安全稳定地运行.

Abstract:The non-renewable heat exchanger is used to cool waste water in nuclear power plant project unit-1,the pressure of tube pass and shell pass is 7.5 MPa and 0.8 MPa,it is very dangerous if the equipment fail.In this paper it uses RCC-M code to control the material,designment,manufacture,inspection and pressure test,to make sure the heat exchanger running safety and stably.
