花旗参胶囊对雄性小鼠耐力及生化指标的影响

目的研究花旗参胶囊对健康小鼠耐受力及生化指标的影响.方法用3个剂量组:135、270、540 mg/kg.bw,经口给予小鼠连续灌胃30 d后分别进行小鼠负重游泳试验、血清尿素氮测定、肝糖原测定及血乳酸测定.结果与对照组相比,各剂量组均能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间(P＜0.01),使小鼠运动时产生的血清尿素氮的含量明显减少(P＜0.05),使小鼠肝糖原的含量明显增加(P＜0.01),高、中剂量组使小鼠在运动后血乳酸的升高值明显下降(P＜0.05),在安静20 min后血乳酸的消除值明显增加(P＜0.05).结论花旗参胶囊有明显增强运动耐力和解除疲劳的作用.

The Effect of Ginseng Capsule on Male's Mice Endurance and Biochemical Indexes

Objective To investigate the effect on endurance and biochemical indexes of healthy male mice by Ginseng capsule. Methods Mice were given orally with 135,270, 540 mg/kg.bw Ginseng capsule for 30 days in separated group. Mice swimming with loads examination were made and the levels of liver glycogen, blood lactic acid and serum urea nitrogen were observed. Results The time of swimming with loads for mice in the Ginseng capsule groups was longer than those in the control group(P<0.01), and serum urea nitrogen production in action decreased significantly (P<0.05). For mice in high and middle dose groups, blood lactic acid after swimming increased lesser (P<0.05), and the elimination of blood lactic acid after resting for 20 minutes enhanced significantly (P<0.05). Conclusions Ginseng capsule can improve the mice endurance and alleviate physical fatigue.
