趾长屈肌腱转位修复陈旧性跟腱断裂的临床应用

摘    要:目的:探讨趾长屈肌腱(flexor digitorum longus,FDL)修复陈旧性跟腱断裂的手术方法和疗效。方法:回顾分析9例应用FDL修复的陈旧性跟腱断裂患者,术后平均随访18个月,并用Arner-lindholm疗效评定标准进行评定。结果:9例中,因误诊或漏诊导致陈旧性跟腱断裂的占77.8%。按Arner-lindholm疗效评定标准,术后疗效优6例(66.7%),良2例(22.2%),差1例(11.1%),优良率88.9%。结论:陈旧性跟腱断裂多由漏诊或误诊所致,应用FDL转位修复陈旧性跟腱断裂可取得满意疗效。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate an operative management for an chronic rupture of Achilles tendon by using the tendon of the flexor digitorum longus( FDL). Methods: 9 patients were reviewed who had a rupture of the Achilles tendon and were treated with the FDL. All patients were averaged followed up 18 months. The results was evaluated by Arner - lindholm criterion. Results: The curative effect were rated 6 cases with excellent, 2cases with good and 1 case with poor.Conclusion:(1)An chronic rupture of Achilles tendon are more often due to misdiagnosis or failed treatment. (2)Our study indicate the transfer of the flexor digitorum longus is an effective and durable operation for reconstruction of Achilles tendon in patients.
