构建和谐医保——医院医保费用拒付问题的调查分析

中国医院协会医保管理分会在全国开展了医院医保费用拒付问题的渊查，着重调查分析医院医保费用拒付受哪些因素影响，在制度设计、医保经办机构、医院管理、医疗需求等不同层面进行深入调查研究，为建立合理费用控制机制和医院医保管理机制，给政府有关部门、医保经办机构和医院管理者提供参考依据。

Survey and analysis on medical insurer refused to pay hospital / Team of Health Insurance Management Committee,Chinese Hospital Association

Health Insurance Management Committee, Chinese Hospital Association has surveyed the problem of medical insurer refused to pay hospital in China. Influence factors for refusing to pay hospital were investigated by perspective of institutional design, medical insurer, hospital management and medical demands to provide evidence and recommendations for establishing rational medical expenditure control and medical insurance management mechanism. Government, medical insurer and hospital can all benefit from the survey.
