小型TE111无泡隔膜腔氢脉泽的实验研究

摘    要:研究了圆柱形TE111模式无泡谐振腔,根据脉泽振荡条件验证了新模式的可行性,对该谐振腔进行了模式分析、结构设计及腔频灵敏度计算,并对这种氢脉泽进行了感应辐射信号的观察和正反馈振荡实验。这种体积为传统谐振腔一半的隔膜腔的应用对高性能氢脉泽的小型化具有重要意义。

Abstract:A cylindrical TE 111 mode septum cavity without a bulb was developed. The feasibility of the new mode is studied according to the maser oscillating condition. The resonant cavity is analyzed, designed and calculated. The inductive radiation signals were monitored and the oscillating experiment on the maser equipped with an external feedback loop was made. The application of the septum cavity, which is almost half of the conventional cavity in size, is significant for developing the small sized hydrogen maser with high performance.
