| Abstract: | The paper discussed the necessity of recovery of industrial effluent and the situation of industrial effluent release, proposed the engineering scheme of implementing effluent zero - release and calculated and estimated the economic benefit after it put into service, which has a great significance to protect environment surrounding power plant and decreases pollution degree. |
