摘    要:直流断路器是直流配电网安全运行和保护的关键设备,本文围绕直流断路器在低压直流配电系统中的应用开展研究,研制出一种全固态直流断路器样机。首先以深圳低压直流配电动模平台为例,分析了典型低压直流配电系统对断路器的参数要求,明确直流断路器在动模平台保护系统中的作用和安装位置。同时,结合系统要求选取直流断路器的主要参数,选定断路器为全固态开关拓扑,在此基础上设计了吸收支路和通信模块,制定了直流断路器响应主控系统的软件动作流程。进而研制出具有实用价值的±380 V低压配电直流断路器样机,并进行了相关测试,验证了断路器设计和保护方案的正确性。

Abstract:DC circuit breaker is the key equipment for the safe operation and protection of DC distribution network. In this paper, the application of DC circuit breaker in low voltage DC distribution system is investigated, a kind of all solid state DC circuit breaker prototype is developed. Firstly, taking Shenzhen DC dynamic simulation platform system as an example, the parameter requirements of typical low voltage DC distribution system for the circuit breaker is analyzed. Secondly, the function and installation position of the DC circuit breaker in the protection system of the dynamic simulation platform are determined. At the same time, based on the requirements of DC distribution system for the main parameters of DC circuit breaker, the all solid state switch topology is selected for the DC circuit breaker, and on this basis, the absorption branch and the communication module are designed, and the software operating process in response to main control system of the DC circuit breaker is established. Finally, a prototype of ±380 V low voltage distribution DC circuit breaker with practical value is developed, and several related tests are carried out to verify the correctness of the circuit breaker design and protection scheme.
