对216例神经内科住院患者眩晕的临床分析

探讨神经内科眩晕患者临床表现、病因。选择我院2014年1—10月收治的216例眩晕患者为研究对象，分析其病因予以确诊。216例眩晕患者中，良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)104例；后循环缺血（PCI）患者50例，包括小脑梗死12例，TIA15例，腔隙性脑梗死22例，颈动脉畸形1例；其他62例，包括小脑出血4例，神经症30例，心律失常5例，高血压病6例，梅尼埃病9例，前庭神经元炎5例，突发性耳聋2例，病因不明1例。眩晕发病诱因较多，其中良性阵发性位置性眩晕是主要病因，其次为后循环缺血。因此，医生应该加强对良性阵发性位置性眩晕及后循环缺血的认识，尽早行头颅CT、心电图检查，提高临床疗效。
